Quad, AX0205xx Series
The solenoid driver regulates the proportional current through a load for up to four output channels as well as one digital output for an on/off valve. It features four analog inputs that can be configured for 0-5V, 0-10V or 0(4)-20mA input sources, and two frequency inputs that can be configured for either PWM, pulse (RPM) or counter input sources. Configuration as an Active High or Active Low Digital input is user selectable. It has a CAN 2.0B transceiver, and can send the input measurements to a bus. Each output can either be controlled by any input on the controller, or by commands received from the CAN bus. There are 3 models including J1939 and CANopen units.

16 I/O, AX0206xx Series
The rugged I/O module interfaces with 2 PWM signals from 2 single-axis joysticks (or one dual-axis), or PWM signal from another source such as an engine control module. Up to 6 digital inputs and 1 analog 0-5V input are accepted for connection to a variety of input devices or instrument panel controls. The controller drives up to 5 proportional valves, 1 on/off valve or relay and 1 LED. An optional 0-5V output can drive on-board valve electronics. The RS-232 port is used for user configuration and diagnostics via a PC. CAN communications permit networking in a vehicle control system.
|
24 I/O, AX0207xx Series
The hydraulic I/O controller provides precise, repeatable control of 6 proportional and 4 on/off solenoid valves (or other combination). Valve current control is based on 1 temperature sensor input, 1 RPM sensor input, up to 2 PWM inputs, up to 5 universal analog inputs (0-5V, 0-10V, 0-20mA or 4-20mA) and/or up to 6 digital inputs. Two +5V references are available to power the analog input devices. The robust design accepts 9...32V power supply input and is packaged in an IP67 rated housing with 48-pin connectors. The controller is designed for remote mounting. The RS-232 port interfaces to PC with Tera Term freeware for user configuration and diagnostics. A CAN port is provided.
24 Proportional/Digital I/O - MVMIO24-CO Series
|
32 I/O Machine Controller, AX0211xx Series
The rugged controller can be used as a complete system controller all in one. Its high I/O count lends itself to a contained solution for applications where a distributed system is not desirable. It has redundant power supplies, built in E-stop, and other hardware features that make it ideal for application where safety and reliability are of paramount importance. For the same reasons, it is an ideal platform to be used to develop a system master or primary controller.

32 Digital I/O - MVDIO32-CO Series
9 Output, 12/24/48/72V, AX0212xx Series
The controller was designed to operate over a wide range of power, from 8 to 96V, without the need for a regulated power supply. It will regulate the proportional current through a load for up to nine output channels. It has a CAN 2.0B transceiver, and since there are no inputs on the controller, the outputs will be controlled solely by messages received from the CAN bus. This controller is intended to extend the output capabilities of a system.
|
6 Digital Output, AX0213xx Series
The valve controller has six digital outputs that can be configured as either on/off, pulsed (<200Hz) or timed outputs. It also has two analog inputs that can be configured for 0-5V or 0(4)-20mA input sources, and three frequency inputs that can be configured for either PWM, Pulse (RPM), Counter or Active Low Digital input sources. Each input could also be configured for an Active High Digital input. It has a CAN 2.0B transceiver, and can send the input measurements to a bus. Each output can either be controlled by any input on the controller, or by commands received from the CAN bus.
