Electrical Engineer
Axiomatic, a growth-oriented designer and manufacturer of leading-edge control technology, is looking for an Electrical Engineer to support new applications for an expanding market.
Working within the Application Engineering department, your primary function will be to develop custom applications for existing designs. In addition to software development, you will be responsible for problem-solving, debugging, new product validation, and test support. Customer support will also play a key role, and international travel may be required. Your responsibilities will also include technical support to the marketing, sales and production departments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an electrical engineer. A successful applicant will have the opportunity to further develop their background and skills, while working with a great team of people in a fast-paced production environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science, Engineering - Electrical
SKILLS
Knowledge of C is a must have
Visual Basic or C++
Familiarity with multiple Integrated Development Environments
Experience in PCB circuit design or debug
Excellent oral and written communication skills, technical reporting
Work with minimum supervision
