This DC/DC converter accepts 12 or 24 Vdc input and outputs 27Vdc. Designed for use in the harshest conditions, this unit is housed in an IP67 rated enclosure and has thermal protection for over temperature, reverse battery, over and under-voltage protection, and short circuit and overcurrent protection. It is designed to meet the requirements of SAE J1455 and SAE J1113 and is suitable for engine cranking and load dump. It has a typical efficiency of 91%.
