I/O Controls & Signal Converters
IO Controllers are essential for connecting and controlling critical devices, subsystems and peripheral devices. We carry diverse options to suit your needs, such as many CAN controllers for networked equipment using CAN bus. Signal converters help convert the command control signals from one source into another current, voltage, PWM or digital signal. Our products offer precise conversion from analog, digital, encoder, sensor, switch or joystick interfaces. Signal converters support diverse fieldbus communication protocols including, but not limited to, CAN bus (SAE J1939 & CAN open®), RS-232, RS-485, RS-422, Modbus, Automotive Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, and Ethernet TCP/IP. Dataloggers and other automation controls are available.
Engine Controls
Diesel engines utilize Axiomatic controls to interface with thermocouples and RTDs (PT100 or PT1000) to monitor exhaust gas and other critical temperatures. Our engine control modules are designed to work on many engines with communication provided via Ethernet, Modbus, SAE J1939, or CANopen®. Our scanners and controllers ensure optimal and safe operation of the generator sets Other engine IO controllers feature isolation between CAN, battery power, signal (voltage, current, PWM) inputs and relay outputs.
Valve Controls
Efficient valve drivers control solenoids and hydraulic valves, including proportional valves. The drivers are commanded by joysticks, switches or sensors. They interface with battery power. Our valve drivers can be networked over CANopen®, SAE J1939, RS-232, and other protocols . We have single or multiple inputs and outputs in our rugged range of electronic controllers for mobile equipment with electrohydraulics.
