Our electronic machine controls are installed as components and subsystems in a variety of end uses with harsh operating environments. Headquartered near Toronto, Canada, Axiomatic was founded in 1991 to provide control product design services and control products. The company continues to focus on engineered solutions to improve productivity, efficiency and reliability. Axiomatic has expanded worldwide with a systems engineering and applications center of excellence in Tampere, Finland. Sales offices are located in Canada, Finland, and England.

STANDARD PRODUCT: Axiomatic has an extensive family of product lines for many diverse applications. Our standard “off-the-shelf” modules come pre-programmed with application code that will cover a wide range of typical applications.
RAPID PROTOTYPING: However, we recognize that there are thousands of applications that are new, unique, or too complicated, such that no generic product could meet all the needs. For this reason, Axiomatic offers rapid development of new control solutions or application-specific software. Where products are not quite right for a new machine, Axiomatic has the capability to manage and execute complex development projects involving hardware, software and system issues on tight timelines. Axiomatic follows a rigorous New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering program based in Canada. APQP project planning is available. Axiomatic Technologies Oy in Finland is our software center of excellence. We practice continual R&D.
Axiomatic Technologies Corporation operates an ISO9001:2008 registered design and manufacturing facility in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Highly controlled processes, a flexible enterprise management information system, committed staff, and extensive testing complement our product design strengths. Traceability of the components and products reaches back into the supply chain and forward into the customer installation. Axiomatic utilizes lead-free manufacturing processes and sources RoHS compliant components. Declarations of Conformity to the RoHS Directive by product are available on the Log-In page. Axiomatic complies with the EU’s REACH Directive. Our corporate conflict minerals policy states that neither Axiomatic nor any of its suppliers will obtain or use any conflict minerals in its products. Axiomatic can supply the most demanding of clients from specialized small orders to high volume just-in-time deliveries worldwide.
PRODUCTION PRODUCT ASSURANCE: We maintain a supplier quality rating system and all parts received undergo an incoming inspection process. All products receive 100% functional testing prior to shipment. ISIR or PPAP submissions are provided as requested. Full product and component traceability throughout the manufacturing process is provided. Our ERP system is EPICOR Vantage. We work with our customers’ EDI and ASN systems to provide online order, invoicing and advance shipment notice (ASN) services. Axiomatic ships worldwide and can provide KANBAN, just-in-time and other scheduling services. Any customer returned products are evaluated and quarantined under our RMA return goods process and our internal quality non-conformance system. Full 8D reports are available.
MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES: Axiomatic’s manufacturing capabilities utilize high level manufacturing equipment and processes and include:
- Process traceability software;
- Incoming Inspection;
- FIFO, 5S and Lean Manufacturing Practices;
- SMT / Through-hole placement (Pick and place machines);
- Automated Inspection/Digital Microscope;
- Component preparation (cut, bend, form axial leaded or loose radial components);
- Lead-free Selective Solder;
- Lead-free Wave Solder;
- In-line Conformal Coating;
- Top/Bottom UV cure oven;
- and In-circuit & ATE functional testing (100%).
