The AX141120 RTC Module accepts one universal signal input and provides time and date information with a Real-Time-Clock (RTC). The 3 V battery backup supply can maintain power to the clock and memory in the event that the module is disconnected from battery power for an extended period of time. The universal input can interface with a command signal or serve as a “clock synchronization” trigger. The RTC date and time can only be set up when the input is triggered. The universal signal input is selectable as voltage, current, PWM, or digital type inputs.

The device is pre-programmed with standard logic and supports SPN 237 Vehicle Identification Number. It features two SAE J1939 CAN bus ports with auto-baud-rate detection and is user configurable via the Axiomatic Electronic Assistant, P/N: AX070506K.
