The AX103000 has three universal signal inputs. Each of the two outputs can provide up to 2.5 A of current and can be configured as proportional current, proportional voltage, PWM duty cycle, hotshot digital. Each output is a half-bridge or can be used as an independent high or low side output. The two outputs together form one full H-bridge which can be used to drive DC motors.
Flexible circuit design gives the user a wide range of configurable input and output types. Powerful control algorithms allow the user to program the controller for a wide range of applications without the need for custom firmware. The controller can be configured with Axiomatic Electronic Assistant. It can communicate over CAN SAE J1939 networks and features auto-baud-rate detection.
It can run on DC voltage between 8 to 36 V. Surge, reverse polarity, overvoltage, and undervoltage protection is provided.
The device has an IP67 rated enclosure with one 12-pin TE Deutsch connector and can withstand dust exposure and high humidity. It is designed for harsh environments having power transients, vibration, and shock. It operates from -40 to 85°C (-40 to 185°F).
