The 12 Signal Outputs Controller supports 12 analog or digital type outputs programmable as voltage, current, frequency, PWM, or digital. AX030590 is designed to interface with a machine’s SAE J1939 CAN network and features auto-baud-rate detection.
The AX030590 controller offers a wide-ranging power supply input selection of 12, 24, or 48 VDC nominal (9 to 60 VDC). The CAN controller is designed with 3-way isolation between power, CAN, and outputs. All AX030590 logical function blocks are inherently independent from one another but can be configured to interact with each other. All parameters are user configurable using the Axiomatic Electronic Assistant, P/N: AX070502 or P/N: AX070506K.

The AX030590 units feature a rugged and sealed TE Deutsch enclosure, IP67 rated against dust and water exposure. The wide-ranging operating voltage and rugged IP67 rated enclosure ensure that the AX030590 module is suitable for the harsh environment of mobile equipment applications including construction equipment, heavy-duty industrial machine control, and power generator sets.
