The 1 universal input, dual output valve controllers are highly programmable electronic valve controllers. The machine designer can configure the electronic control for their vehicle application. The sophisticated control algorithms allow for open or closed loop drive of the proportional outputs to actuate hydraulic solenoids. The valve controllers can be operated as either self-contained control systems, driving the valves directly from the on-board inputs, or can be integrated into a CAN bus (SAE J1939 or CANopen®) network of controllers. All I/O and logical function blocks on the unit are inherently independent from one another, but can be programmed to interact in a large number of ways. As electrohydraulic components, the universal input, dual output controllers provide precise, repeatable electronic control of either 2 proportional or digital on/off hydraulic valves in response to CAN messages or 1 voltage, current, or other signal input from a joystick, switch, or ECU in off-highway construction equipment, material handling machines, and other vehicles. The units are ruggedly packaged with IP67 protection and user configurable via standard CANopen® interface tools (not supplied) or the Axiomatic Electronic Assistant.
