The Dual Plug-In Hydraulic Valve Controllers are  user programmable distributed electronic controls. The machine designer can configure the electronic controls for their agricultural equipment or construction machine application. The sophisticated control algorithms allow for open or closed loop drive of the proportional outputs to actuate hydraulic solenoids. The controllers are designed to be mounted directly on the hydraulic valve with molded connectors equivalent to TE Deutsch and provide distributed control on the mobile machine. It is integrated into a CAN network. The valve controllers are configurable via standard CAN tools. All outputs and logical function blocks on the units are inherently independent from one another, but can be programmed to interact in a number of ways. As an electrohydraulic component, the controls provide precise, repeatable electronic control of 2 proportional or on/off hydraulic valves in response to CAN messages. The units are ruggedly packaged with IP67 protection.
