Universal (DC or BLDC) Motor Controllers

The Universal Motor Controllers drive either a brushed DC motor or a 3-phase BLDC motor up to 6 A (100 W). The motor controllers feature two CAN ports (SAE J1939 or CANopen® depending on the selected model), accept four universal inputs (voltage, current, frequency, PWM, SENT or digital), and operate with a power voltage of 12 or 24 VDC nominal (6 to 36 VDC). Additionally, the Universal Motor Controllers interface with three standard A and B phase encoder inputs or can provide three PWM signal outputs. Settings are user configurable to suit many applications using standard CAN interface tools (not supplied). The enclosures are IP67 rated.
