Isolated Dual Universal Signal CAN Converters

The Isolated Dual Universal Signal CAN Converters accept two universal signal inputs (voltage, current, resistive, frequency/PWM, or digital), generate two universal signal outputs (voltage, current, frequency/PWM, or digital), and feature one isolated CAN port. The dual signal converters accept a power supply input of 12 or 24 VDC nominal (9 to 36 VDC) and feature a voltage reference of +5 V (50 mA). Isolation between the power, inputs, outputs, and CAN network is provided. The Dual Universal Signal Converters communicate over an SAE J1939 or CANopen® network and are user configurable using standard CAN tools (not supplied). The converters feature an IP67-rated enclosure and are designed for oil and gas equipment automation, off-highway machine automation, and power gen set engine control systems. The controllers are compliant with the EMC directive and features CE / UKCA markings.
