Power Supplies with Back-up Time
These DC-DC Converters provide clean 24VDC power with 20 seconds of back-up time before turning off. Power from a battery or other source at 24VDC nominal is converted to a 24VDC output. The power converters may directly power an Human Machine Interface (HMI) in a machine automation system. The converters feature supercapacitors, an enable signal, and factory set timing parameters.
For operation under the most harsh and demanding conditions, the units are fully sealed and enclosed to protect against moisture, shock and vibration. The power supplies are designed with reverse voltage protection and are suitable for application on charging/cranking battery-based systems such as off-highway, oilfield, or mining equipment. The units also provide isolation between the battery power and electronics downstream as well as graceful shutdown of HMI sophisticated automation systems.
