The Dual Plug-In Hydraulic Valve Controller is a user programmable distributed electronic control. Its sophisticated control algorithms allow for open or closed loop drive of the proportional outputs to actuate hydraulic solenoids. The AX022311 controller is designed to be mounted directly on the hydraulic valve with molded TE Deutsch equivalent connectors and provides distributed control on the mobile machine. The hydraulic valve controller is integrated into a CANopen® network. All outputs and logical function blocks on the unit are inherently independent from one another, but can be programmed to interact in a number of ways. As an electrohydraulic component, it provides precise, repeatable electronic control of 2 proportional or on/off hydraulic valves in response to CAN message. It is ruggedly packaged with IP67 protection. The controller is designed to meet the rugged demands of mobile equipment, oil and gas equipment, and heavy duty industrial machine applications.
