Data Loggers
The Axiomatic data logging technology provides fast and bi-directional data exchange between a variety of networks such as Ethernet, CAN, and RS-232. The devices provide data logging to an internal embedded Multi-Media Card (eMMC) for storing both the operating system and the logged data. The eMMC contains both Linux image and data logging partitions. A supercapacitor (supercap) provides backup power to the central processing unit (CPU) for finalizing the data log save before it shuts down in case of a power failure. The data logging devices provide an active low SYNC pin that is used for data logging start/stop synchronization. The default installation settings contain software for both data logging and backup power management.
