The 4 Inputs, 4 Outputs, Servo Valve Controller provides 2 full H-bridge servo outputs or bidirectional proportional current outputs (-400 mA to +400 mA) to control servo valves, proportional valves, or actuators. Additionally, 2 signal outputs are provided for feedback to PLCs or other devices. 2 analog signal inputs are selectable as voltage or current signals. Another 2 universal inputs are programmable as voltage, current, PWM, frequency, or digital types. 2 reference voltages (+5V and +10V) are provided to power sensors. An isolated CAN (SAE J1939) port interfaces with the machine's CAN network. Each output can be configured to use CAN data or any of the onboard inputs as either control or enable signals. The powerful control algorithms allow users to program the controllers for a wide range of applications without the need for custom software. The Axiomatic Electronic Assistant is used to configure the controller. A rugged power supply interface accepts 8-36Vdc and is appropriate for battery powered machine applications. The units come in rugged housings for installation in wet, humid, and dusty environments. They carry CE / UKCA marking.
