1 Universal Input Signal, 2 CAN, RTC Modules
The RTC modules accept time and date information with a Real-Time-Clock (RTC) battery backup, have one universal signal input, and two CAN bus ports (SAE J1939 or CANopen®, depending on the selected model). The RTC controllers are user configurable using standard CANopen® tools (not supplied) or the Axiomatic Electronic Assistant (sold separately). An input voltage of 12, 24, or 48 VDC nominal (8-90 VDC) is necessary for operation. The universal input can interface with one command signal (voltage, current, frequency/PWM, or digital) or serve as a “clock synchronization” trigger. The RTC date and time can only be set when the input is triggered. The battery backup permits a minimum of 15 years of operation. The RTC controllers are compact, IP67 rated, ruggedly packaged units for harsh operating environments with heavy equipment and industrial cranes.
