The AX140200 Protocol Converter is an isolated gateway between one SAE J1939 CAN port, one CANopen® port, and one Modbus RTU port. The protocol converter operates from a 12 VDC or 24 VDC nominal input power (9 to 36 VDC). The converter provides isolation to all communication ports (300 Vrms). AX140200 is user configurable via the Axiomatic Electronic Assistant. An EDS file is provided to interface with standard CANopen® tools. The unit is fully sealed, compact, rated IP67, and carries Marine Type approvals. The CAN to Modbus RTU or J1587 converter is suitable for applications such as mobile/off-highway equipment, transport vehicles, and power genset control systems.
