AX081200K provides one AX081200 24 VDC/24 VDC, 500 W Isolated Converter, one AX070538 wire harness, and one AX070539 wire harness.

The AX070538 wire harness is comprised of a mating plug, TE Deutsch P/N: DTP06-4S and a cable. The cable is 2m (6.5ft.) with 12 AWG unterminated lead wires. The AX070539 wire harness is comprised of a mating plug, TE Deutsch P/N: DTP06-8SA and a cable. The cable is 2m (6.5ft.) with 14 AWG unterminated lead wires. The wire harnesses feature the mating plugs for the AX081200 connectors. The AX070538 wire harness mates with the 4-pin output connector and the AX070539 wire harness mates with the 8-pin input connector.

The AX081200 24 VDC/24 VDC, 500 W Isolated Converter provides clean 24 VDC power suitable for instrumentation and control networks or process equipment. This converter provides over/under-voltage, short circuit, and reverse current protection. For operation under the most harsh and demanding conditions, the unit is fully sealed and enclosed to protect against moisture, shock and vibration. Power from a 24 VDC (13 to 36 VDC) battery or other source is converted to a 24 VDC output regulated to 3%. The DC-DC converter provides input and output isolation. The unit is designed with extremely rugged surge and transient suppression in addition to sustained over/under voltage protection. With a nominal nameplate rating of 500 Watts output power, the DC-DC Converter has a typical efficiency rated at 91%.
