AX141500-SK provides one AX141500-S Automotive Ethernet Converter, one AX070531 Ethernet/Power cable, and one AX070532 CAN cable.

The AX070531 cable is an 8-pin, M12, A-coded, Ethernet and power cable. The cable is 1.7m (5.5 ft.) with unterminated leads. The AX070532 cable is a 5-pin, M12, A-coded CAN cable. The cable is 2m (6.5 ft.) with unterminated leads. The cables feature mating connectors for the AX141500 connectors. The AX070531 cable mates with the 8-pin, M12, A-coded, Ethernet/Power connector, and the AX070532 cable mates with the 5-pin, M12, A-coded, Automotive Ethernet connector.

The Axiomatic Automotive Ethernet converter AX141500-S provides a purely physical, bi-directional conversion between Automotive Ethernet (100BASE-T1) and Ethernet (100BASE-TX) via PHY transceivers. The converter supports a baud rate of 100 Mbit/s and features 2 M12 connectors. Automotive Ethernet networks use a 2 wire, unshielded, twisted pair UTP cable and save cabling costs for the machine builder. The AX141500-S model is IP67 rated with CE markings, and the Automotive Ethernet functionality is programmed to Slave mode (not user configurable).
